Noah's current routine, focused on muscle isolation and designed with rest in mind. Day one is centered around arms and shoulders, targeting biceps, triceps, and deltoids. Day two concentrates on quad, hamstring, and calf development, with a little core strengthening sprinkled in. After resting the upper body, day three is chest day, stretching the upper, lower, and middle section of your pectorals. Finally, the week is finished with back on day four, covering rear deltoids, lats, and low back.
